This study was conducted to assess the organizational climate perception by Veterinary Officers (VOs) and Veterinary Livestock Inspectors (VLIs) of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Service (AH & VS) in Belgaum district of North Karnataka during 2005 / 06. Majority of VOs (55 .00%) and 45.00 percent of VLIs perceived the organizational climate as favourable. Whereas, the most favourable perception was observed with only 34.00 percent VOs and 15.00 percent VLIs. On the contrary,
