Ethical Leadership and Attitudinal Outcomes With Reference To Tunisian Companies

The main objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of ethics based leadership on employees' attitudes including job satisfaction and commitment to organization. A quantitative methodology was chosen to test hypotheses and investigate causality between variables. The findings were tested using Smart PLS 3 software. This research confirms the positive association among both ethical leadership and followers' job satisfaction and commitment.
