General description on several qualities of grouting mortar for prestressed concrete members is given in the present report by reference to the results of experiments shown in foreign and domestic papers and obtained by the author. Main important qualities necessary for the cement grout are faculty of flow, quantity of bleeding, change of volume, compressive strength, bond strength and resisting power for freezing, and the author showed and explained the results of experiments on them, when
