... ns in the light of progressive economic theories conclusions are drawn on a technological capability and economic feasibility of production of metals from the substandard raw materials involved in production, a technique of the choice of options of development of mining and assessment of financial performance and economic-mathematical model of forming of business on the offered technological basis. It is proved that forming of business at the depressive entities based on involvement in production of waste of conversion of primary mineral raw materials and substandard ores nonconventional less costly and more productive technologies under the corresponding conditions has prospect.
