House dust mite allergens can cause allergic diseases, including asthma, atopic dermatitis and rhinitis. Der f 20 is a novel allergen of Dermatophagoides farina (Der f), which is an arginine kinase. In the present study, the B-cell and T-cell epitopes of Der f 20 were predicted. The protein attribution, patterns, physicochemical properties and secondary structure of Der f 20 were also predicted. Der f 20 is a member of the ATP:guanido phosphotransferase family and contains a phosphagen kinase
