Excerpts from the report Summary: The purpose of this research was to determine consumers' preferences for six canned orange juices that varied in Brix-acid ratio with the degrees Brix held constant--that is, juices of varying sweetness and relative tartness. This study was undertaken as an aid to improvements in the marketing of canned orange juices.
