The present study aimed at comparing the level of cultural intelligence among teachers and university students, and to define whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of cultural intelligence due to gender variables. The sample consisted of 300 teachers and 400 students at the Hashemite University, chosen by random selection, and data collected using the Cultural Intelligence Scale.
