This paper mainly focuses on structures of arithmetic based on Quantum Cellular Automata (QCA). QCA is an emerging nanotechnology in the field of electronic circuits. It has the potential for attractive features such as high speed, minimum size, and reduced consumption of power than transistor based technologies.
