Through US, it is possible to monitor the nerves and anatomical structures, to follow the needle, and to reduce the dose by monitoring the distribution of the local anesthetic given. Organ and tissue losses and tissue infections due to multiple exothermic burns, especially after burns, require multiple surgical procedures. While taking these patients to surgery, anesthesiologists may have difficulty in many stages. For this purpose, they prefer regional anesthesia for less complications.
