20-50 GHz Differential All-Pass Networks for Phase-shifting Applications

In this Letter, four differential All-Pass Networks are presented to introduce phase-shift at millimetre waves using a linear-phase synthesis procedure. The proposed networks achieve 1-3.5 dB insertion loss while having S 11 , −10 dB across the whole bandwidth, showing an almost constant group-delay, an RMS gain error of less than 0.15 dB and a phase-error of less than +3.5°.
