Gulls belonging to family Laridae are lesser studied bird species in India. The population trend of wintering Gulls in Jhansi was evaluated from November 2016 to January 2017. Observations were made along line transects and Point Count Methods with the aid of binoculars and SLR Camera. The total population of these migratory gulls increased gradually from November (218) to December (280) and January (249).
