PURPOSE To evaluate the efficacy of phacotrabeculectomy with Intraocular Lens (IOL) implantation in patients with pseudoexfoliative glaucoma. MATERIAL AND METHODS This study included 46 eyes of 46 patients diagnosed with pseudoexfoliative glaucoma and clinically significant cataract.
