This report addresses critical points about radio receiver design and observation planning (sensitivity, dynamic, advanced capabilities, onboard processing and triggering...). This study also includes three reports of broad interest for the EJSM mission design: an assessment of the EMC (ElectroMagnetic Cleanliness)requirements for the JGO spacecraft (section 5.3); a study of the Jovian radio emissions for radar instrumentation (section 5.4); a report onsynergistic RPW science aspects at Jupiter (section 5.5).
