The technical condition of the foundation soils and the asphalt-crushed stone covering of the territory of the linear production dispatch station (LDPC) "Penza" of the oil pipeline "Druzhba" were carried out. The genesis and strength characteristics of crushed stone are revealed. The selection of soil samples of the damaged structure was made and the basic physical and mechanical parameters of the foundation grounds necessary for calculation were determined.
