Los resultados muestran que hubo algunas medidas exitosas, y que otras no tuvieron ninguna influencia estadísticamente significativa sobre los tiempos de viaje y los tiempos de espera del transporte público. ABSTRACT The disastrous start of the Transantiago Integrated Public Transport System, pushed the Secretary of State of Transport authorities to take different decisions to ameliorate the services. Together a great and permanent data were collected during the first years, measuring travel times and stops waiting times over a Panel of public transport trips chosen to represent the trips and buses stops in Santiago. This paper presents a synthesis of a big statistical study done with the enormous data available, in order to estimate if the measures taken had some impacts over those indicators of quality of service such as Journey times and waiting times. The results showed that there were some measures that were successful and that others did not have any effect over the system.
