PeptideAtlas is a web-accessible database of LC-MS/MS shotgun proteomics results from hundreds of experiments conducted in diverse laboratories. Ninety-one experiments on human plasma and serum are included in the subsection, or -build‖, named the Human Plasma PeptideAtlas.
