The study aimed at identifying the effect of Counter-examples strategy on developing mathematical concepts and skills of high and low achievement preparatory school pupils. The researcher adopted the quasi-experimental approach. An achievement test of mathematical concepts and skills was prepared and applied to the sample of the study.
