Stigma of contaminated land is caused by risk perception and has an uncertain nature. Researchers have found that there are many factors affecting stigma impacts. Given its risk perception nature, it is difficult to quantify stigma impacts. In this paper, it is proposed to assess stigma impacts using a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) approach.
