This article focused on knowing the love language of leaders at various levels and on helping to motivate the leaders of Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines. From the many aspects of social leadership, five were selected -Teachers, Student, Parent, Politician and Church. Survey questions were distributed to selected leaders to conduct this research.
