Colleges of education can achieve their stated goals with careful and well-defined organisational culture, climate and employees' evaluation system. The study examined the correlation between organisational factors and job performance of non-teaching staff of colleges of education. Relationship between each of the organisational factors (climate, culture and performance appraisal) and performance of non-teaching staff were examined. Non-experimental design of correlation type was adopted.
