Infrastructure development in Indonesia has taken place in the last five years. However, in a number of areas the community has not been able to connect properly, especially in eastern Indonesia. They cannot access health facilities that are more likely in urban areas. This limited access is caused by various things. First, limited medical personnel. Second, facilities that are inadequate due to environmental problems. Difficult distances and terrain are the main obstacles.
