Information Media center of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology take place "university information seminars for freshmen" in every April(the first month of fiscal year). In the seminar of this year, using a questionnaire to all freshmen, the authors evaluated the way of learning in their high school age, the degree of acquisition of the skills of ICT devices and the level of media literacy.
