The article presents the subject of the application of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in order to improve the functioning of the company. The authors demonstrated benefits of the improvement of key areas of the organization based on the CSR strategy. They mentioned such aspects as: risk management, public relations and reputation, stakeholders, human resources management and business innovation. Each dimension of CSR is supported by the example of the practices implemented in companies from the TSL industry.
