The article deals with the problem of modelling so called "Homo Sovieticus" with the help of soviet propaganda on the pages of printed periodical editions at Kamianets-Podilskyi State University. Founded by Ivan Ohiienko, Kamianets-Podilskyi State University up to the 1939th was the stronghold of Ukrainianness, but after the Bolshevik forces grabbed Podillia, they began educational work, especially among the students.
