The research aimed at recognizing the differences in psychological empowerment degree for the teachers in some schools in the directorate of education in Fayoum governorate on the light of some demographic variables such as : gender( male/ female teacher), years of experience , specialization ( scientific / literary ), for a sample consists of ( 250 ) male and female teachers in the directorate of education in Fayoum governorate for the scholar year 2020 -2021 and a psychological empowerment

The results of the research found that : There are statistically significant differences between teachers in the psychological empowerment for female teachers than for male teachers ,however there are no differences in the results of the psychological empowerment according to the years of experiences. The results also found that there are no differences in the psychological empowerment for teachers according to specialization ( scientific / literary )
