The quantitative data on each type of settlement are obtained, and the routes of communication are classified. In the 18th century, land directions rarely cross the settlements, most of them locate along the rivers, streams, elders and lakes. In the 19th century, local residential areas (houses, single yards, settlements, villages) along the land routes enlarge and form villages. A comparative analysis shows a high percentage of preserving the location, typhology and planning structure of the small settlements of the modern settlement system. In general, the period of urbanization is described from the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
