4 children with anterior urethral valve were treated by TUR-Valve. Before TUR, valve anatomy could be easily seen by antegrade urethroscopy through cystostomy using a 1O.8Fr caliber flexible renoureteroscope and destruction of the valve could be recognized after TUR.
