Objek penelitian ini adalah 27 anggota kelompok petani MTJ dengan komoditas utama adalah paprika. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa kelompok ini mempunyai potensi kompetensi dari sisi kegiatan budidaya, niaga, dan penunjang pertanian. Perubahan struktur organisasi dan pembuatan sistem supply chain dibuat untuk mendukung jalannya agribisnis. Namun, dari sisi kapasitas komunitas tidak didapatkan hubungan asosiatif antara potensi yang dimiliki dengan kapasitas komunitas, sehingga kelompok ini hanya mampu mengakses modal saja. Saran yang diberikan adalah penguatan pada sisi komitmen dan keterikatan anggota juga penguatan kelembagaan dalam kemampuan administrative dan perencanaan pengembangan kelompok.
