OBJECTIVES: To assess the ability of closed reduction and percutaneous K-wire fixation, to obtain and maintain adequate reduction and thereby achieve satisfactory results. METHODS: The present study consists of 30 patients of Gartland type-3/unstable type-2 supracondylar fracture humerus who are treated with closed reduction and percutaneous K-wire fixation in Government General Hospital, Vijayawada from 01-07-2012 to 31-06-2014.
