A Post-Mortem Qualitative Radiographic Study of the Foot with Special Reference to the Digital Lesions in Culling Lame Cows

This cross-sectional and descriptive study was carried out on 43 samples of culled lame cows with digit disorders which were collected from slaughterhouse. After recording information for each cow, at least four radiographs were taken from amputated limb. New bone formation, osteolysis, soft tissue swelling and gas density were indices considered for assessing the severity of the disease.
