Excess rainfall in the summer 2011, risk phenomenon in Transylvania, highlight precipitation quantities that in the warm season become more abundant due to general circulation intensity of the atmosphere, as well as to the increasing role of thermal convection that develops in unstable air masses, which is also reflected in the amount of precipitation.
