Mineral metabolism may be altered in adults with MS and NRF; data in children are scanty. We studied 16 patients ( age 10.5 yr) with NS and NRF; 6 were on steroids at testing. All had proteinuria (Uprot>lgm/day) and/or hypoalbumin9ia (Alb<3.Ogm/dl) and NRF (GFR>90m1/min/l.73m or s. creatinina <l.lmg/dl).
