This study aims to analyze the government's role and the performance of small and medium enterprises in increasing product value that mediated by entrepreneurship orientation in Bima City. This research used a quantitative approach, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
