With the rapid development of neuromicrosurgical technique, the therapy of surgical team is progressing, which puts forward to the higher requirements of neuroelectrophysiological monitoring. Neuroelectrophysiological monitoring techniques include evoked potentials, EEG and EMG. Anesthesiologists should not only comprehend neuroelectrophysiological monitoring, but also achieve rational anesthetic use so as to avoid the influences on neuroelectrophysiological monitoring, then avoid of drugs. Besides, the depth and duration of anesthesia and body temperature can impact neuroelectrophysiological monitoring.
