This study aimed to identify the level of leadership behavior among football professional clubs from the perspective of players, using the descriptive survey method to achieve the objective of the study. The study sample consisted of 173 players who were members of professional football clubs. The researcher developed a questionnaire which included five items: training behavior, democratic behavior, autocratic behavior, assistant social behavior and reward behavior. The results showed that
