TO INCLUDE OR TO EXCLUDE: THE EDUCATION TO STUDEND WITH NECESSITY SPECIAL ARRIVE AT THE UNIVERSITY?

The present work approaches the students subject with special needs. But not the student of the basic teaching or medium, but the one who had already gone by these stages of studies and now frequents the university. We will see that few studies have been accomplished on this subject. We noticed that there isnt a legislation about the special education in the superior level of teaching. Perhaps especially because there are not many studies about this theme, as we already said.
