The main contents consist of two parts; the first thing is to find out weak and improvement points for disaster management assessment consulting, the second thing is to suggest improvement of consulting for strengthening capabilities of disaster management. This study results are direction of improvement, consulting model and strategy operating plan for new disaster management assessment consulting. By applying the new consulting method to 2 institutes, we confirmed possibility for improvement.
