<p>In this study we examined the activity of antioxidant enzymes and gelatinases in rats with epinephrine-induced<br />myocardial ischemia and the impact of corvitin (C) and doxycycline (D) on these indicators. The administration<br />of epinephrine (0.2 mg/100 g) for 10 days leads to an increase in lipid peroxidation and to the elevated activity of<br />antioxidant enzymes and gelatinases in blood and in the heart of experimental animals.
