The article presents advantages of usе the diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW MRI) for revealing of hypoxic-ischemic brain lesions in neonates. The trial included 105 neonates with perinatal brain lesions who had been undergoing treatment at a resuscitation department or neonatel pathology department in the first month of life.
