Preoperative three-dimensional planning methods for the use of patient specific implants have been extensively described. In this report, we describe a corrective fourfold osteotomy nof the radius and ulna in the management of a severely deformed forearm with a limited ROM of Pro-Sup of 0-20-70° using patient-specific guides for accurate spatial positioning and fixation following pre-operative three-dimensional planning.
