In these circumstances, we believe that organizational mission realization can be understood and explained taking into consideration the strategies implemented as an effect of undertaken commitments. Moreover, the present study aims to examine how an organizational mission can be implemented taking into account the managerial decisions typology. Therefore any managerial decision implies, in action terms, the existence of a pragmatic component that involves several ethical and social attributes corroborated with the result of a strategic implementation of the business organization's mission.
