... he students' English comprehensive ability, independent learning ability, also have a positive effect on their English learning attitude, teaching practice and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability thinking and provide some suggestions to English listening and speaking. Keywords: Micro teaching, autonomous learning mode, English listening and speaking teaching Introduction The overall goal of College English teaching reform is to improve the students' comprehensive ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. Data show that people in daily communication activities in about 50% of the time is to obtain information through the sound, 18% of the time by saying to get information, thus, listening is one of the key ways of language input in five, highlights the importance of English ability. However, in the traditional teaching mode, audio-visual teaching contents lack of timeliness; uneven in quality, audio-visual teaching mode of curing, boring, not conducive to play the initiative of students. Therefore, there are many problems such as weak motivation, lack of initiative, lack of learning strategies, lack of awareness of intercultural communication, lack of background knowledge and a lot of negative emotions. In order to change the disadvantages of the traditional teaching, the author tried to use micro class and autonomous learning in listening. Also tried constructing autonomous learning mode to guide students to actively participate in the activities of audio-visual teaching based on increasing students' positive emotions, improve students' ability of application of English learning strategies, to enrich the students' English language cultural background knowledge and to improve the students' English listening and speaking level teaching objective.
