AbstractThe Vertebral artery is the first branch of subclavian artery. It is an important source of blood supply to the brain. During dissection of an adult male cadaver, a unilateral variation in the course of Vertebral artery was found. The right Vertebral artery took origin from the subclavian artery and entered foramen transversarium of fourth cervical vertebra.
