The issue of shared leadership is attracting more attention in recent years, but empirical study in shared leadership and employees' task performance is still scarce. Drawing on the perspective of cognition and basing on participants, this article highlights the roles of employees' work attitudes (job satisfaction, job involvement, and affective organizational commitment) between shard leadership and task performance.
