The purpose of the work - to identify patterns of changes in the morphofunctional organization of the vascular bed of the liver at different stages of development of strangulational and obturating acute small bowel obstruction (ASBO). In the dynamics of the development of the disease, we revealed patterns of changes in the morphofunctional organization of the vascular bed of the liver. Conclusions. In the process of formation of obturating ASBO, in spite of the absence of clinical manifestations of acute intestinal obstruction, the emergence of a basis for the development of polyorganic insufficiency has already been observed from 2 days.
