This paper presents key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology (FCIT) at King Abdulaziz University (KAU). The objective of this work is to find out the answer of the following: (a) Are grades of English courses (ELCS101, ELCS102) and CPIT201 valid measures of student performance?
