... cteristics of the automated warehouse systems in diversified development and trends of technology were analyzed, based on which evaluation items of functional suitability and reliability were derived by referring to ISO/IEC 25000 as the international quality assessment standard to secure reliability of the automated warehouse system, and an evaluation model was developed through the derived evaluation items.
