Ïðåäëîaeåí ïîäõîä ê àíàëèçó íîâûõ ñåíñîðíûõ ìàòåðèàëîâ íà îñíîâå îêñèäà êîáàëüòà, ìîäèôèöèðîâàííûõ îêñèäàìè öèíêà èëè íèêåëÿ, ñ ïðèìåíåíèåì ìåòîäîâ ðåíòãåíîôëóîðåñöåíòíîãî àíàëèçà (ÐÔÀ) è ìàññ-ñïåêòðîìåòðèè ñ èíäóêòèâíî-ñâÿçàííîé ïëàçìîé (ÈÑÏ-ÌÑ). Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî îïðåäåëåíèå Ni, Zn è Co â íîâûõ ìàòåðèàëàõ íà îñíîâå îêñèäà êîáàëüòà âîçìîaeíî ìåòîäîì ÈÑÏ-ÌÑ â ðàñòâîðàõ ñî ñòàíäàðòíûì îòêëîíåíèåì 0,06, 0,06 è 0,05 ñîîòâåòñòâåííî. Ðåçóëüòàòû îïðåäåëåíèÿ ýëåìåíòîâ ìåòîäîì ÈÑÏ-ÌÑ â ðàñòâîðàõ
