Data synchronization is the process of maintaining the consistency and uniformity of data instances across all consuming applications and storing devices. more » ... he office. In order to allow users to access their information, the remote device needs to have a constant connection to the corporate network while accessing their data. For some workers, such as those who are working from home, this may not be a problem. For others, such as sales reps who are constantly on the move, this may be more difficult. In this paper, an algorithm is presented for data synchronization that when the user is offline, data will be stored in the database of the client system. When the user connected to the internet, data will be automatically sink from the client system to the server in serial order. The algorithm also works on the technique that when two different images with same name uploaded from two different clients exist, both the images will be placed on the server with their unique id's.
