This article analyzes the legal regime of digital rights. The research proposed in the article aims to give a holistic idea of what digital law is, what are its features, to identify gaps in legislation and problems of law enforcement in civil law relations. Also, the scientific views of scientists, the strategy of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the era of digitalization of the economy, the application of civil legislation to relations related to digital rights are considered.
